We charge a fixed fee of $990.00 for a standard conveyance no matter the purchase or sale price.

A contract review is important because it reduces any agreements legal and financial risks. A thorough contract review provides both parties with a chance to fully understand the terms of the contract and conditions they are agreeing to before anything is signed. Purchasing your first home can be a daunting task and is one of biggest financial decisions you will ever make.

At IN2 Conveyancing we can prepare a Contract of Sale incorporating Vendor’s Statement Section 32 within a couple of days and have it signed by you ready for the marketing process with your agent. Once your property has sold, we complete all the necessary requirements to ensure a smooth settlement process.

As part of the Sale of Land Act, a Section 32 statement is intended to provide a purchaser with relevant information that could potentially influence their decision to enter into a contract of sale. It is important to keep in mind that, as a Vendor, you are responsible for providing a Section 32 Statement.
